Each demo will have available a table. Participants must bring all technical equipment required to present the demo, including computers. Demos should be set up before the start of the demo session. It is recommended that this be done during the lunch break before the demo session (12.00 - 13.30), when technical support will be available.
There is NO provision for a slideshow or talk about your demo. The audience will walk around the room and will interact with you on a one-on-one basis. You are expected to be available at your demo station for the duration of the demo session.
