Bucket

This is a remotely controllable bucket, made of 102 all-standard parts. Clicking on the picture pops up detailed instructions.

It is most elegant to control it using a rig with a differential gear, so that one motor takes care of up/down, and the other of open/close. This is the principle, plus an implementation using two mini-motors. A more sophisticated alternative is an addition/subtraction engine.
