I am Assistant Professor (UD) in Dialogue Modelling at the Institute for Logic, Language & Computation (ILLC), University of Amsterdam. My research is mostly concerned with linguistic interaction, although I'm generally interested in (computational) semantics and pragmatics. I am co-president of the SemDial Board overseeing the SemDial Workshop Series and one of the founding and managing editors of the journal Dialogue & Discourse. I'm also a member of the scientific advisory board of SIGdial, the Special Interest Group on discourse and dialogue of ACL and ISCA.
