Venue and registration
We are happy to announce the twenteeth annual
ASCI-GNARP workshop and cordially invite you to
participate in this event. The goal of the GNARP
workshop is to bring together PhD students working
in various computing fields and give them an
opportunity to give a 20 minute presentation
explaining their work to fellow PhD students.
We invite all ASCI PhD students to come and
present their work and all ASCI staff to come and
provide feedback to the presenters. This is your
chance to share your work with others and hone
your presentation skills in a friendly environment
as well as see the kinds of research being done in
ASCI. It is also your chance to win the highly
coveted GNARP Best Presentation Award!
The GNARP workshop is free for ASCI students
(including hotel stay, dinner and breakfast). For
non-ASCI members the cost is 180 euros.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, April 25 until Friday April 26, 2013, in Kontakt der Kontinenten,
Amersfoortsestraat 20, Soesterberg, The Netherlands.
Conference hotel Kontakt der Kontinenten has 131
comfortable rooms spread over two buildings: the former
mission house Sint Jan and the Monastery Cenakel. Both
buildings are located on a large 22 ha private forest.
Most rooms have a view of either the woods, monastery
garden or courtyard gardens. At anytime during your stay
you may visit the lounge for a complimentary cup of fresh
coffee or tea.
