| Instructors | Prof.dr. E.M. Opdam (room P223, email opdam@science.uva.nl) and
Dr. J.V. Stokman (room P224, email jstokman@science.uva.nl). |
| Prerequisites | Thorough knowledge of basic Linear Algebra, Algebra and Analysis (bachelor
level). Basic knowledge of elementary Differential Geometry (such as acquintance
with the definitions of manifolds, tangent spaces, and local coordinate
systems) is recommended.
The course is part of the Master Mathematics, and is also suitable for 4th and 5th year students in Theoretical Physics and Mathematical Physics. |
