People often ask me for help about numerous programs, so it seemed to me a
good idea to make a short list of user guides etc. Unless stated differently,
all files are gnu-zipped postscript files. For UNIX/Linux systems use
gzip -d <filename> or gunzip <filename> to uncompress
them (if not automatically done so by your browser). For Windows you can use
WinZip. For DOS there is a small executable
you can find here. I don't know anything about Mac's
but I'm sure there are gzip compatible uncompressers as well.
