Ongoing mail issues

My science.uva.nl email account continues to have
problems. If you get a "mail undeliverable" or
"insufficient permission" reply to mail you sent me,
I did not receive it. Please use
firstname.first_word_of_lastname.second_word_of_lastname@gmail.com.
