María Inés Crespo

I was born in Córdoba, Argentina, a mediterranean city right in the center of the country.
My mother and her husband, a great number of cousins and relatives live there.
My father lives in Allen, TX (USA), with his dear wife.
My brother recently passed away.
Many other close cousins and relatives are spread around in the world, in other cities in Argentina, in Canada, Catalonia, Chile, China, and Panama.

My supervisors have had a great influence on me.

I deeply enjoy learning languages.
I believe this partly defines my life and academic work.

I try to run every other day, often along the Amstel, and I practice yoga.
