I am a post-doctoral researcher at the Intelligent Systems Laboratory of the University of Amsterdam. My current research is on detecting and tracking articulated systems in image sequences, i.e., model-less, markerless motion capture based on regular video images, using conformal geometric algebra.
My PhD study was on efficient implementation of geometric algebra. This resulted in Gaigen, Gaigen 2, GAViewer, and our book Geometric Algebra for Computer Science, which appeared April 19 2007.
I also run an optical motion capture company, which was founded to provide affordable motion capture for Yvonne Fontijne.
