  • PathLines
Path Lines, streak lines and particle traces are effective visualization techniques for studying unsteady fluid flows. For real-time applications, accuracy is often sacrificed to achieve interactive frame rates. Physical space particle tracing algorithms produce the most accurate results although they are usually too expensive for interactive applications.

  • DesktopVRE
The DesktopVRE will provide a physician (surgeon, radiologist, technologist) with an advanced desktop system to explore, study and interpret blood flow simulation based on 3D medical data set as well as to simulate blood flow. The Desktop VRE will support a user-friendly interface for complex data processing and simulation procedures, including image processing and segmentation, real time 3D visualization, 3D geometry reconstruction and LBM grid generation, blood flow simulation and visualization.

  • Transfer
The Transfer - Transfer Function Editor Widget. Transfer build as Qt Widget to be able use this Widget with volume rendering.

  • Boolean
The Boolean package consist of few examples that can explain how to create boolean operations with polydata. Boolean operations based on vtkImplicitPolyData.

  • VtkQt
The VtkQt library has widgets for rendering OpenGL graphics. VtkQt provides functionality for displaying VTK+OpenGL graphics integrated into a Qt application. It is very simple to use. You inherit from it and use the subclass like any other QWidget, except that instead of drawing the widget's contents using QPainter etc. You also can use the standard VTK rendering commands.

  • VtkCave Documentation
The classes in this library provide an interface for VTK programs to render in virtual environments maintained by VRCO's CAVE library. VtkCave is a cross-platform software development system for building high-performance, real-time, integrated 3D immersive applications. The architecture of VtkCave has been designed to opportunities VTK and CAVE libraries.

For more information about VTK, see the VTK Web page at
    http://www.vtk.org

For more information about CAVE, see the VRCO Web page at
    http://www.vrco.com
    Or

  • VLab Demo
This MRIScanner Demo was develop to show possibility use 3D immersive application for VLab project.

  • vtkNetCDFReader Documentation
vtkNetCDFReader is a source object that reads netCDF files.
    This package uses:
"netCDF", University Corporation for Atmospheric Research/Unidata This is the package (otherwise known as "netCDF-3"). For more information about netCDF, see the netCDF Web page at
    http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf

  • Support Information
Some of this packages are supported by Denis Shamonin. Section Computational Science, University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
