Description:

This software implements a framework for the state of the art Auxiliary Particle Filter algorithm. The Auxiliary Particle Filter algorithm is widely used for dealing with uncertainty due to for example sensor noise. This software is structured in such a way that the user needs only to specify the problem domain. See project documentation (still under contruction) for more information.

Requirements

For use of the 'gtkmm' GUI (recommanded) a linux platform with gtkmm (which has some requirements of its own) is required. Otherwise any platform supporting 'GNU Make' and having a C++ compiler supporting templates is sufficient.

License

This software package is protected by the IAS-group Non Commercial license as appearing in the file LICENSE included in the softwarepackage. It states this software can not be used in a commercial setting without the explicit approval of the IAS-group, University of Amsterdam. For non commercial use this software is free to use and to modify under the condition that the resulting products is open source. See the license file for more details.
