My primary hobby is choral singing. I currently belong to three choirs in Amsterdam:

Before I came to singing, I played the violin (1982-1997) and the piano (1979-1986). I also spent several years (1993-1998) as a DJ, producer, and progam guide editor at WHRB (95.3 FM, Cambridge, MA), where I produced the following programs:

I am not the only musician in the family. My mother studied music at the university level, and my sister is a graduate of the Early Music Institute at Indiana University and an active baroque violinist in the NYC area.
